Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Roofing Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial roofing systems and the knowledge and skills to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the longevity and integrity of our clients’ roofing systems by providing high-quality repair services in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
>> Conduct thorough inspections of commercial roofing systems to assess damage and determine repair needs.
>> Perform repairs on various roofing materials, including flat, metal, and shingle roofs.
>> Troubleshoot and diagnose roofing problems and offer solutions to resolve issues.
>> Install and repair roof membranes, flashing, gutters, and downspouts.
>> Apply coatings, sealants, and other materials to prevent water infiltration.
>> Safely use roofing equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and hand/power tools.
>> Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards, adhering to local codes and regulations.
>> Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
>> Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing their concerns.
>> Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
>> Keep the work area clean and organized, following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
>> Five years of Proven experience as a roofing technician or in a similar role, focusing on commercial roofing systems.
>> Strong knowledge of roofing materials, repair techniques, and safety practices.
>> Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
>> Proficiency in using roofing tools and equipment.
>> Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
>> Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
>> Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
>> Strong attention to detail and quality control.
>> Good communication and customer service skills.
>> Clean driving record.
>> Bi-lingual a plus.
>> Proficiency use of the company’s CRM. ( Training Provided)

Physical Requirements:
>> Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
>> Comfortable working on rooftops, scaffolding, and ladders.
>> Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and rain.

Preferred Qualifications:
>> Experience with specific commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen).
>> Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, fall protection, etc.).
